HOW DO WE DO IT?

We provide engineering design, procurement and construction management of multidisciplinary engineering projects (EPCM Engineering – Procurement - Construction Management).

  • Studies of physical facilities (plant) and plan review team based measures to comply with rules and standards of industrial safety.

  • Review flowcharts of processes and development of diagrams P & ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), line diagrams for electrical installations, control charts and others.

  • Sizing of the equipment used by plant availability.

  • Selecting the software and hardware that will be part of the project.

  • Make preliminary estimates of each system that is part of the project (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, electronic, etc.).

  • Initial List of equipment: PLC, AC Drives, sensors, valves, pipe, cable, power supplies, motors and generally everything that will be part of the project.

  • Selection of equipment suppliers from financially and technically.

Assembly and installation

  • Basic engineering review.

  • Development diagrams and electrical diagrams, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, final assembly and implementation.

  • Programming and parameterization of devices (PLC, AC drives, etc.)

  • Design and configuration of human machine interfaces (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)

  • And documentation of each stage of the project process.

  • Staff training.

  • Technical feasibility.

  • Initial project schedule: activities, resources, time, milestones

  • Gathering customer requirements.

  • On-site meeting with the client to assess facilities.

  • Investment costs and profitability.

  • Economic feasibility

  • Risk analysis.

  • Maintenance costs.

  • Process flow diagrams.

Anchor 25

As part of its evolution and experience in project management, KRUGER ventured from 2013 with a new business area called Applied Engineering. It is to provide design engineering, procurement and construction management of multidisciplinary engineering projects (EPCM Engineering - Procurement - Construction Management).

These services are conducted in partnership with companies of construction experience in various areas such as electrical engineering, electronics, civil, environmental, mechanical, industrial and others.

Applied Engineering services are split into conceptual, basic and detailed engineering. Conceptual Engineering is the stage of the paper, basic engineering is where it is confirmed that what is on paper is feasible to perform, and finally, detailed engineering is when implemented as designed on paper, that is, It includes all construction details by discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Process, Power, Telecommunications, Instrumentation and Control, Information Systems).
