We think with the heart
KRUGER Culture
All the cultural elements such as: values, behaviors, symbols and systems of the KRUGER culture are the perfect combination of two very important components:
-
The Heart
-
The Brain
The heart is embodied in our Happiness efforts, the same as all the activities, events, policies, programs, systems, and actions performed in our company with the end goal to make our employees feel happy. All these actions are reflected in our corporate events, integration activities, flexibility policies, building infrastructure, leadership styles, communication systems, business benefits, among others.
KRUGER has set up a specialized subarea that defines and caries out all the Happiness efforts of the company, becoming a pioneer in the country and one of the few companies around the world to have within its organizational structure a Happiness subarea.
The next component that makes up our KRUGER culture is The Brain that is embodied in the results we deliver.
Delivering results in an agile manner has shaped KRUGER these past two decades; from a small startup to a company with more than 500 customers in its history.
The results rendered within the KRUGER culture are leveraged within our Organizational Development. Within it strategies are set that seek to efficiently develop our company from each area to each of its workstations. One of the strategies adopted is a establishment of measurement through performance indicators. This allows each employee to know what their goals are and how their job contributes to the development of the overall mission of the company.
The Happiness and the Results are the main components of the KRUGER culture, they are effective as long as they remain in balance during our decision making process: we are agile but complete, we are happy but respectful, we do things right but with humility, in other words in KRUGER... "Everything we do, we do it by thinking... but with the heart."
